Just didn’t stay that way. I seem to have either eaten something that my body rather violently ejected, or I caught a bug that caused previously mentioned violent ejection.
Dammit
Unfortunately, due to spontaneous negative caloric intake and everything else, I’m afraid we will not be able to make it to Borepatch’s get together. Due to whatever I did to wrench my back, I didn’t expect to be able to do much shooting but was hoping to go just to meet some of these people IRL. These get togethers are good for the soul, and I’m bummed to be missing this one.
And yes, I would like some cheese to go with my whine. But I’m going to hold off until I can keep it down.
That sucks. Hope you feel better soon.
Ouch, hope you feel better soon, back and now a virus??? That sucks…
I would say, “Poor little baby”, but I know better. Love you, and hope you feel better soon!
When I left an employer in California, the gang treated me at my favorite Chinese restaurant.
I missed that last week at work.
It might sound surprising, but psyllium husk. That is the part of Metamucil that isn’t sugar or flavoring. It absorbs mucous and irritating factors. It moves stuff through the system, gently. And is much more comfortable than an empty stomach when that becomes an issue.
I tend to rely on hot green tea (decaf) with honey, and graham crackers for comfort food. Keep up the fiber, the fruit juice, and frequent caffeine-free drinks in general. Mom always relied on sips of Seven-Up (clear liquid diet stuff). Light soups and things to restart the system, and yogurt soon, for the same reason.
Rest well.
Sorry to hear that. Been there myself and it sucks
Feel better soon.
Depending on what whine you’re using, I’d suggest either a nice brie or some good old-fashioned Munster. ColbyJack is always an all-American favorite, too.
Sorry to hear you’re feelin bad, apparently there’s some sort of stomach bug going around….I caught some of it last week, I think I put Charmin in the black this quarter. Prayin you feel better soon!
Ask them to send you the lead-riddled Unicorn. I’ve heard that does wonders for the immune system!
