Hi jennifer thanks for bringing the issue to our attention.  The sign was supposed to be removed in all of our stores and we have the store removing it.   Thanks

Thank you, Rick Cloud and Tuesday Morning Mall! They should be recognized for respecting the rights of law abiding citizens. I am pleased to be able to patronize your establishments.

  1. I would take a pic of you, Mike, and Teen bot patronizing said establishment and email it to him with a thank you.

Just to drive the point home and prove, yes I do appreciate it, and I do vote with my wallet.

  3. In future, you can open the negotiations with “Hi, I’m Jennifer, and I’m here to accept your unconditional surrender.” You can follow that up with “I’m here to take names and kick ass,but I’ve got plenty of names already, thanks.”

  4. LOL Awesome! And kudos to Tuesday Morning….I’ve seen way too many of these types of conversations end up with the company denying things and making up “special rules” and such that “require” the posting of a sign in that particular location, or devolving into telling the concerned customer that they’re warmongering idiots and need to get with the more enlightened 21st century progressive ideals. Could have just been an employee who forgot to remove the sign, or actively neglected to remove the sign, but the company recognized the error and is fixing it without any excuses. Awesome!

  5. Lol. Nice try with the “University laws” bullcrap from your earlier post. I have personally carried in the SuperTarget across the street and they didn’t have no carry signs.
